EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies)
It is a certification system for new and existing buildings that allows developers of real estate projects to build in a sustainable manner, with the objective of reducing the consumption of potable water and electrical energy used in buildings, as well as generating good practices and innovation in the use of materials and reducing the carbon footprint generated during the construction and operation of a building.
An innovation of the International Finance Corporation IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, Camacol is the exclusive provider of EDGE certification services in Colombia.
This certification evaluates:

- Energy savings during building operation
- Energy savings embedded in materials

LEED® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design)
It is a certification system used for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of sustainable buildings. The LEED® system and guidelines were developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) acts as the certifying body, ensuring that the building certification process meets the highest levels of quality and integrity.
